Employee Services Management
Association
Employee
Services Management Association, (ESM Association), is a
nonprofit association that serves as an information
resource network for 1,000 members nationwide. These
members are responsible for implementing and maintaining
a diverse range of employee services. ESM Association
believes that employee services, practical solutions to
work/life issues, are essential to sound business
management. These programs improve relations between
employees and management, increase overall productivity,
boost morale and reduce absenteeism and turnover.

Interactive Audio Conferences—Participate
in an hour-long teleconference presentation and
discussion on popular employee services topics and
issues. Included in your national membership.
ESM Magazine—A tangible
tool for assessing trends in the industry, managing
employee programs and boosting employee morale.

goods and services from National Associate Members, this
online discount buying opportunity allows your employees

Monthly NewsTracker—This new ESM
Association member benefit identifies recent news
articles pertaining to the employee services field and
delivers them to your e-mail in-box each month. Use this
service to save time and learn about the latest employee
services research, benchmarking information and trends
reported in the media.
Membership Surveys—ESM Association
asks members to participate in a survey to evaluate
employee services topics, such as discount programs. The
short surveys take only a few minutes to complete, and
ESM Association Members receive the survey results at no
cost. The information helps members benchmark with peers
and justify programs to management.
